HEIC decoding
heic-to 1.6.6 by Hopper Gee, distributed under GNU LGPL version 3 or later, includes libheif 1.23.6 and its decoder components. The library is used without source modifications.

To use a modified version of the HEIC library, replace the heic-to package in a local checkout, preserve its heic-to/next export, and rebuild the website with npm run build. The HEIC engine is imported separately on demand by the image worker.
